With the increased global awareness for sustainable building development in urban and rural environments, we approach each unique project professionally in a “cradle to the grave approach” bringing into play our professional capabilities in design (building, materials and construction techniques) and consultancy services extending into project and facilities management.
As new generation architects, we also consider energy and power auditing of the project and are involved with ensuring from new discoveries about the ways energy consumption affects our natural servicing and the built in environment.
The practice has been entrusted with many public & private commissions since (see list of projects) and is now known as a leader in Nigerian Architecture. Over time we have developed relationships with influential consultants, contractors and materials suppliers. Teamwork is a strong element of our operation s and we have shared projects with prominent contractors and engineers on various ‘design & build’ projects.

The urban planning frameworks we develop are created to provide value to the whole urban environment by maximising access; we do not simply stop at aesthetics and safety. Over time we aspire to add to the joy of city dwellers by creating memorable spaces within our nation and beyond. From the analysis phase through framework design and framework management phases, we strive to produce our best work on every project.

Steveben & associates as an architectural practice has been catering to developers, corporate & commercial interests and private individuals. Founded in 19 75, The first Head Office was opened in Kaduna state and the practise was quickly trusted with the NNPC staff housing quarters in the same state and never looked back since. Major expansion projects following include the Nicon Hilton Hotel Abuja with PROFIM of Geneva, The Kaduna State Refinery with             of Japan, The Rock Hotel in Jos, The Nigerian Bank of Commerce and Industry in Lagos, The Sokoto State Liaison office in Sokoto and the Federal Science Equipment Factory in Minna. Other projects followed in Bauchi, Owerri and Ibadan. Our services are as eclectic as ranging from feasibility studies to “occupation – ready” buildings.  We are supported by in-house associate partners and operate through a streamlined process of expertise research sharing, so that everyone involved from clients to co-associates of the firm get access to each other’s skills and expertise.
