Feasibility studies

Our package of sketches can include floor plans, sections and elevations, interior spaces, etc. Drafting is the process of converting these designs into workable drawings classically known as blueprints. These processes are now much improved with computerisation through CAD software.

Special architectural drawings and stunning 3 Dimensional models will add to the clarity you need to successfully carry through a project. We can create fresh new renderings or with CAD, touch up your scanned images, and build 3D animated tours. Technical information is of course provided at every stage of the project to ease the communication process between us and our clients.

Preparation of development plans
Our purpose here is to create a policy document considered a strategic part of planning the development and sustainability of a public building project. The document will include concepts for spatial organization, land-use zoning, infrastructural considerations (transportation, energy, water supply, waste disposal etc.) and even the preservation of aesthetic character. We also develop reports on buildings and sites.
